The team, which is made up of dietitians and nutrition scientists, conducts research on the development and evaluation of evidence-based, innovative prevention and health promotion measures and dietary assessment, diagnosis, and therapy processes with a special focus on inclusion, sustainability and digitalisation. In this endeavour, the research team makes use of its growing national and international research network.
