Health Promotion & Healthy Ageing

Health promotion, early diagnosis and prevention are the most effective and economical measures to counter the increasing prevalence of chronic diseases, with a view to ensuring healthy, independent and active ageing. The Institute of Health Sciences develops interdisciplinary health promotion and disease prevention programmes for target groups of all ages.
